2. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be booked in advance through our online system or by direct contact. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
3. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session for themselves. Sessions for minors or animals must be booked by a parent, guardian, or legal caretaker.
4. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Soulcraft Energy™ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.
